You have definitely had a way bigger impact than I expected! Since I had already been eating well and hitting the gym routinely, I didn’t expect that this experience would do as much for me as it could for others. That being said, I got sooooooo much help in the actual gym from your coaching. You’ve really helped to show me how to get a much fuller workout and my form is soooo much better. One thing she showed me was to never give up, she always motivated me in the gym and had me coming back for more.
