We will be working on your mindset so we can be optimistic about your goals. Booking this will only be a consultation until we can futher see how many sessions you will need in order to reach your goal. This program comes with a full body assessment, and a fitness program, specifically designed for you and your goals. There is no diet involved, there is no restrictions or demands as far as what to eat. We will start with your parents and ancestors history, what you have been doing, what has worked, what hasn't and what you vision your nutrition to look like.
