Service Description

They key with this work is that we want the bones to do the work of weight bearing. So if your body is unbalanced, or unaligned, the body will compensate and over use muscles which could cause pain, discomfort, tightness, knots, or pinches. This is not a bandaid to your pain, a massage or a temporary relief. Think of this like yoga and pilates, functional training and breath put together as a fitness session to allow the muscle to have its full range of motion and flexibility to remove, reduce and prevent pain.
