☀️ Morning Workout You Can Do Anywhere For Energy + Less Pain.👈🏽

Happy Saturday!

In this video I am going to show you the best morning workout you can do anywhere, anytime for only 10-15 minutes a day.

Doing this workout will tone your body and help reduce pain in your body. It is great for a morning boost of energy and a nice bowel movement.

1️⃣The First exercise is the Lunge Stretch -
Take a big step back, make sure the front leg is at a 90 degree angle.

⭐️- Make sure your toes are facing straight, tuck your pubic bone forward and focus on the movement of your breath.

2️⃣ - Standing Side Reach - This exercise is great to reduce the muffin top. Position your feet to shoulder width apart, tuck the pubic bone.
 Lean to the left side and have your right arm reach up and over with the palm up.  Switch sides and repeat.

3️⃣- Standing Torso Rotations - This exercise is the best for digestion and neck tension relief.
Standing with your pubic bone forward, contract your glute and core muscles while you perform the exercise.
Focus on the movement of your breath.

4️⃣- Standing Split - This exercise is nice and easy. It helps burn lower belly fat and tones your glutes.  
💛- When you breathe, keep the glutes and core engaged while your ribcage rises as you take a breath.

I am sure you have probably heard of the Keto Diet right?

📌The Keto Diet is simple a diet that is focused on high protein, fats and very low to no carbs.

✏️It is designed to focus on having your body use ketones for energy rather than using the carbs or sugars you have been eating.

✏️It is great for people who are diabetic or who are over weight who are trying to get faster results than usual.

📌I recommend to see a dietitian or a nutritionist before you “try” any diet. However because it does have a lot of benefits - I LOVE applying it when I travel.

I love eating and drinking wine! Sorry not sorry.
I also love traveling and having confidence that I will not gain weight nor go backwards on my journey.

📌 When I travel, I usually eat out but if I have an opportunity to cook, I will and it’s usually focused on high protein, high fat and I always make sure to pack my supplements.

Since I love drinking wine, eating bread and snacks like snickers, hot-cheetos and so much more…
 I need to make sure that my protein intake is there along with fiber.

Having too much protein or too many carbs can affect your digestion. Therefore it’s so important to have fiber in there to help your digestion.

💛So the best breakfast to have while traveling is eggs over meat with butter or avocado. 🥑
Fruit or smoothie on the side for good fiber and bowel movements.

🩵Last, focus a lot on drinking water you want to make sure to stay hydrated.

👉🏽 This is KEY 🔑 to having great digestion so you are always flushing toxins out.

Everyone you meet on a daily basis is flighting a battle you have no idea about.

Be kind to others but especially yourself. In this life we don’t have a GPS or Siri to guide us and help us make decisions.

🔑The more in tune you are with yourself, the more aware you are of your thoughts.
🔑Being aware of your thoughts is a great power to have.

♥️If you are looking for the right moment to get started on your wellness journey you are always going to stay in the same spot just WAITING.

I get that time and money can be the most difficult obstacle to face but to be honest, those are excuses that you will always battle with until you face them.

👉🏽With my coaching all my clients dedicate a minimum of 15 minutes a day and with all my educational tricks and tips, they have the formula that they are going towards their goal without a doubt in their mind.

The only way to know if something is for you is to TRY IT!
Don’t wait until you hit rock bottom or you are in chronic pain.

👉🏽If you are on a budget, don’t have time to go to a gym then this is perfect for you!

You do not have to do hours of cardio and be tied to the gym for hours either.

So how often should I work out?

♦️If you are a beginner I suggest you start with just one exercise a day! 3-5x a week.

♦️If you are intermediate, adjust your workouts to 30 min 3x a week.

♦️If you are advanced, and you have a little more time - aim for 30-45 min 4-5x a week and increase the resistance as it gets easier.   🔑The key here is to focus on tilting the pubic bone up so that the pelvis is aligned and not tilted forward.

Doing this allows the glute and core muscles to be fully activated which results in a toned booty and defined abs.

Lastly, the movement of your breath is going to allow the muscles to release and improve your flexibility.

Starting a diet can be overwhelming because there is so much information out there that can get confusing.

The first thing I recommend to do before starting a diet is ask yourself why?

Once you have a strong WHY, it will be easier to be consistent without excuses.

Next, ask yourself - if you plan to do this forever or is it temporary to get to a specific result?

↪️ Then here are must haves you NEED to focus on before starting.

1. Drink 30-60oz of water daily
2. Eat fruits, yogurts, smoothies or fast, easy high nutritious food early morning to break your fast. This allows for natural sugar to enter your body for great energy throughout the day.
3. Eat within certain time periods that work for your schedule so you don’t miss a meal.
4. Do not skip meals - you must have snacks to go like trail mix, nuts, dried fruits, protein bars, any kind of snack that will hold you over. (Look for fiber options, high on protein and low sugar).
5. Do not count your calories - this will cause a negative relationship with food. Eat whole nutritious foods and aim for at least 2-3 meals a day.
6. Try not to drink your calories meaning that if you crave a soda or a juice or a Venti White Mocha with extra pumps of pumpking spice and everything nice, then you are adding calories that have 0 benefit and will only make you have more cravings and or get an afternoon crash.
Once you implement these habits, and you are consistent then you can decide what “diet” you want to start but there is really no such thing as a diet unless you are diabetic and you need to modify what you eat to control medical statistics.

Daily Routine That Helped Me Lose Weight ⤵️

On this beautiful weekend, I would love to share some personal experiences that has helped me lose weight without having to diet.

These are simple routines that you can implement into your life that will help you burn at least a minimum of 200 cal per day.

🤯 Just think about that for a second 200×7 days a week = 1400 calories per week. So in a month that is a total of 5600 calories.

Now I’m not on here to teach you about calories, I am here to simply discuss a simple daily routine that has helped me stay in shape consistently without trying so hard in the gym.

✔️✔️✔️ Prioritizing yourself, your mental state and your health will 100% give you results unless you are not doing something consistently or things that don’t works for you.

When I learned to prioritize myself, and my health is when everything started aligning for me, and even though it took me four years to get where I am at, I wouldn’t trade it for anything because now I have the tools for long-term and I get to share them with you.

⏩️ Here’s the simple habit, walking at least one to 2 miles a day. If you don’t have a dog, call a friend and book 1 hour out of your day to go on a walk.

Daily Routine That Helped Me Lose Weight ⤵️

On this beautiful weekend, I would love to share some personal experiences that has helped me lose weight without having to diet.

These are simple routines that you can implement into your life that will help you burn at least a minimum of 200 cal per day.

🤯 Just think about that for a second 200×7 days a week = 1400 calories per week. So in a month that is a total of 5600 calories.

Now I’m not on here to teach you about calories, I am here to simply discuss a simple daily routine that has helped me stay in shape consistently without trying so hard in the gym.

✔️✔️✔️ Prioritizing yourself, your mental state and your health will 100% give you results unless you are not doing something consistently or things that don’t works for you.

When I learned to prioritize myself, and my health is when everything started aligning for me, and even though it took me four years to get where I am at, I wouldn’t trade it for anything because now I have the tools for long-term and I get to share them with you.

⏩️ Here’s the simple habit, walking at least one to 2 miles a day. If you don’t have a dog, call a friend and book 1 hour out of your day to go on a walk.

Is your Goal To Lose Weight?

You are not going to lose weight and tone up by doing hours of cardio and dieting.

Here is why:

One of the biggest things I learned in my weight-loss journey was not to count calories and meal prep. Of course meal prepping can make your life easier but let’s be real. Are you going to meal prep the rest of your life?   I simply just know I won’t because I envision traveling the world eating the finest food and wine.
I live life with freedom and abundance and I manifest that for you reading this too.

Here is the thing often times we do things that we think are good for us because that influencer did it or that woman made it happen and you think that is the right way to go.

But in reality, the things that you think you are doing are not actually sustainable long term.

Like dieting for example:

How many times have you tried a diet and then fell off on the weekends or felt guilty about having an extra drink or an extra slice of pizza?

The key here is having emotional freedom from food and being able to have a balance to eat what ever you want when ever you want and not worry about gaining weight.

What changed for me was doing the right workouts to improve my posture so that the bones do the work of weight bearing and the imbalances of my muscles don’t burn out.

You do not have to work through an injury, you do not have to do cardio and you do not have to diet with the right direction and program.

If it was easy, everyone would do it right? So let’s break the cycle and create a new program.  
🤍LET’S GET COMFORTABLE WITH THE UNCOMFORTABLE.

So, what is one thing you can do to get started today?

You don’t have to go all in and you definitely don’t have to struggle with what to eat or what to avoid.

Fitness isn’t rocket science, there is just a lot of information out there that is simply not personalized for you.

Once you understand that, it will be easier to make a decision to work with someone. Even coaches have coaches.

👉🏽 Once you have the formula - you stick to one thing a day. Then, write down if you could have one thing right now, what would that be?

Break the whole goal down - then work towards that!

✏️For example:
I want to feel less tension on my shoulders, and feel less stressed.
Step 1: Take a moment to reflect on what could be causing that.
Step 2: Write it down
Step 3: What do you want instead?
Step 4: What is one thing you need to get that?
Step 5: Start that. After your end goal is broken down, you should be doing that ONE thing every day until you have that goal.

So if its finances causing the tension and you want to feel relaxed, the #1 thing to is to stretch and breath to relax the nervous system.

Remember, it’s different for EVERYONE so do what comes up for you.

This is what I eat to stay in shape ⤵️

First let’s start with awareness, we have to be conscious of what we are craving and understand why.

Is it emotional?
Are you hydrated?
Have you eaten?
Do you eat out a lot?
Are you eating well?

There are so many questions and if you answered no to most of these then I recommend to sit down and take a look at your life style and diet.

It’s so important to drink a lot of water!
AIM for 32-64oz of water a day.
I drink 3, 32oz bottles a day.

Second, if you are lacking nutrients you are going to have cravings because our body needs nutrients to survive. Not just food.

I eat a whole, nutritious balanced diet. Not meals. Notice I said diet.

I eat what I crave but I also make sure to cook most of my food and not eat out all the time.

If you are struggling to lose weight, try applying these tips for a month and don’t forget to celebrate your wins.

Sunday RESET🧘🏻‍♀️

It feels soooo good to wake up from a really good night sleep. I wake up with ease, with energy and excitement.

It wasn’t always this way though - I used to think sleeping 5 hours was enough and I was working long hours trying to get “stuff” done.

Being in a flow and in trust with the universe, (I know it sounds woo-woo) but IYKYK.

That is the “SHIFT” that had to happen in order for me to start living the way I wanted to live.

I know prioritize ME and what ever will make me the happiest. This takes a lot of action and a BIG decision to want to live a healthy life.

You can go day to day living in the “MATRIX” or you can make a decision and make that shift.

Here is how I Sunday Reset:

👉🏽I drink lots of water so I can take advantage of using the bathroom and detox :)

👉🏽I make sure to sleep in or at least hit 8 hours of sleep.

👉🏽 I stretch my hips, and the front of my shoulders, I also hang on a pull-up bar I have at home and decompress.

👉🏽I journal, meditate or walk and visualize my dream life for 10 minutes.

👉🏽 I eat a nutritious breakfast to start the day. This can include anything from avocado toast, eggs with bacon and fruit, or a fruit yogurt with granola and walnuts. Sooo good 😋

👉🏽 I plan my week and my schedule so I am always in flow and not in a hurry. And be on time to appointments.

👉🏽 I check in with clients, friends and family to stay connected.

👉🏽 I block out times to work out even if it’s only 3x a week.

👉🏽 I deep clean home and organize to declutter for the week.

Organized home = Organized mind.

If you want to improve your health, energy levels and strengthen your immune system, I highly recommend to start implementing one on the list.

A day in life as a Personal Trainer —

Here is a glimpse of what I do on a daily basis.

💛I practice mindfulness each day especially in the morning with meditation or gratitude.

🩵I stretch and take my dog on an early morning walk so I can sit and trade in peace.

🩷I am consistently staying hydrated, rested and well nourished.

💚I cook and eat really yummy, home made food. I enjoy sitting in my balcony and reseting my mind to continue my day after market. (Can get emotional) haha.

💜I then train clients online and check in with all my members.

🤎Last, I enjoy the rest of my day and prepare for dinner and family time.

💛I practice mindfulness each day especially in the morning with meditation or gratitude.

🩵I stretch and take my dog on an early morning walk so I can sit and trade in peace.

🩷I am consistently staying hydrated, rested and well nourished.

💚I cook and eat really yummy, home made food. I enjoy sitting in my balcony and reseting my mind to continue my day after market. (Can get emotional) haha.

💜I then train clients online and check in with all my members.

🤎Last, I enjoy the rest of my day and prepare for dinner and family time.

Here are two simple exercises you can do on a daily basis that will help reduce pain, and improve your flexibility over time.

If you are a professional who sits a lot to drive, fly, or sit on a computer for work, then these two easy stretches will improve your posture and reduce pain in the long run.

Due to our sedentary lifestyles, and almost everything we do is front loaded. Front loaded meaning that you use the front of your body more than the back. We sit to eat, to drive, to work, we use the front of our hands to cook, clean and other daily activities.

Doing these stretches will help reduce the tension on our shoulders from our daily life. We grip our fingers and over time, our muscles can get too strong or too tight if we don’t improve the flexibility and range of motion.

I challenge you to try this easy, simple, healthy habit that will help reduce tension on your shoulders and reduce the double chin.

When in LA —

Last weekend my mentor took the team to the beauty expo.
We had such a great time staying in a beautiful pent house, we ate really good food and met some amazing people along the way.

The gym was so beautiful and very private, the girls and I experienced a session at face gym and got to see how they are different from our facial sculpting.

✔️Align the bands at face level
✔️Grab some support for your knees
✔️Grab bands with both hands to pull

Try this exercise when you are at the gym!   🔺The seated Wide Grip Lat Pull down is a great exercise to gently stretch the pec major and pec minor (chest muscles) as well as neck and shoulders.   🔺Having a flexible front is very important to develop the strength you need in the posterior chain.   🔺Make sure you engage your core and exhale as you pull.  Try 4 sets of 12 or go lighter and try 3 sets of 20.  Take a break as needed and drink lots of water.   🔹🔹🔹Add this to your back day and let me know your thoughts in the comments :)
